Mr. Rolando Salinas is a partner at the law firm of Knickerbocker, Heredia, Salinas & Salinas, P.C. Mr. Salinas graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. After graduating from St. Mary’s University, Mr. Salinas obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola University New Orleans in 2010.
Mr. Salinas has represented hundreds of people from Eagle Pass and the surrounding communities. His primary area of practice is in personal injury and general civil litigation.
Mr. Salinas has served as Vice President of the Maverick County Bar Association and Vice Chairman of the Eagle Pass Housing Authority.
Mr. Salinas currently serves as the Mayor of Eagle Pass after being elected on May 1, 2021.
Mr. Salinas is married to Marissa Salinas. They both enjoy serving their community of Eagle Pass.
